Trained as an architect, Eloi Schultz followed his intuition by enrolling for a cabinetmaking CAP (Vocational Training Certificate) in 2015. His love affair with atelier work and materials was immediate.

From her early days studying at the The Beaux-Arts to her discovery of ceramics, Clara Valdes has always explored materials and gesture with sensitivity and poetic nuance. Fascinated by clay and our relationship with rock, she uses the table to play with ideas of utility, sharing and aesthetics all at once. A self-taught ceramicist, she creates plates and carafes by hand, prioritising spontaneity, texture and organic shapes.

As somebody who is really enthused by the art of the table, eating well and how this promotes sharing, Suzie Le Pennec founded the Tom and Folks studio in 2019 out of a desire to create utilitarian, unifying objects that are very much a part of everyday life.

Harmony of forms and harmony of colours, blends of materials and textures, inspirations from far-off places… The soul of Sessùn is embodied in a selection of handicrafts, art and coffee-table books.
