Payment
  • How can I get an invoice?

    Once your order has been finalized, you can download a pdf invoice in "My orders" via your "HELLO" customer area.

  • What payment methods are accepted?

    We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

    Payments can also be made using PayPal.

    Please note that all transactions are in euros.

  • Is payment secure?

    Payment is 100% secure.  When you make a payment, you will see a padlock next to the URL in your browser.

    This means your connection is totally secure. Your bank may ask you to complete 3D Secure verification before authorizing a payment.



  • What can I do if my payment fails?

    Payment can fail for various reasons: bank's code not entered, bank details error, spending limit reached, etc.

  • How does VAT on items work?

    For countries outside the EU, you will probably need to pay for VAT yourself at the applicable rate in your location when you receive your order. This varies by country.

    Sessùn does not issue tax refund forms.
