Delivery
  • When will I receive my order?

    All orders placed before noon will be dispatched within 48 hours (counting working days only).

    Please note that during private sales, general sales and collection launches, this time frame may be extended to 8 working days. Your parcel's transit time must be added to this.

     

    In France:

    *Deliveries are provided by Colissimo and must be signed for.

    **Standard delivery to a pick-up point is free when you spend €150 or more.

     

    Home delivery: €6 - 2 to 5 working days.

    Pick-up point delivery: €4 - 2 to 5 working days.

     

    Elsewhere:

    *Deliveries are provided by different Colissimo partners in different countries and must be signed for.

    **Delivery charges and times vary by country.

    **For deliveries outside mainland France, administration and/or customs charges may be applied by the courier.

    Home delivery: from €8 - 4 to 14 working days

    Pick-up point delivery (certain countries only): from €8 - 4 to 14 working days

     

  • How can I track my order?

    When your order is dispatched, you will be sent an email with your Colissimo tracking number.

    You can also go to "My orders" in your account to check the status of and track an order.

  • Can you have something delivered to store?

    You can't currently have items delivered to a Sessùn store.

  • I'm worried as I haven't received my parcel. What should I do?

    If you haven't had a delivery notification card and are expecting to have received your order by now, based on our typical delivery times, please contact our customer services team via the contact form or hello@sessun.com. We will find a solution: don't worry!

  • My parcel has been returned to sender. What should I do?

    Don't worry: our after-sales team will contact you when we receive the parcel to arrange a second delivery attempt.
