30 years – the exhibition

For its 30th anniversary, Sessùn takes part in Paris Design Week 2026 with a project celebrating creation, craftsmanship and the encounters that have shaped its story.

An exhibition, a book and a cultural programme invite the public to discover its universe through a journey across several Parisian boutiques, combining scenography, workshops, encounters and experiences.

From 11 to 18 September, Galerie Joseph, at 7 rue Froissart in Paris, hosts an exhibition bringing together a community of artists, artisans and winners of the Sessùn Craft Prize – Prix de la Floraison Créative, invited to reinterpret the Divine, Sessùn’s signature bag. Keeping only its original dimensions and volume, each one offers a singular interpretation, freely exploring materials, uses and savoir-faire.

a sessùn journey

Alongside the exhibition, several Sessùn addresses in Paris will be part of the official Paris Design Week itinerary and will host installations or exhibitions highlighting the creators with whom the brand collaborates.

SESSÙN BACHAUMONT
11 rue Bachaumont
75002 Paris
Sessùn’s Parisian flagship, designed by Cobalto Studio, this address is conceived as a contemporary agora. It brings together creations by Audrey Guimard, Sara Régal and Kautar Larif, a permanent curation of objects made by more than 40 artists and creators, as well as a temporary exhibition by Pascale Zintzen.

SESSÙN CHARONNE
34 rue de Charonne
75011 Paris
Sessùn’s first boutique, nicknamed the “cocon”, Sessùn Charonne welcomes a spectacular woven wooden structure imagined by Jean-Brieuc and created with the Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant, La Vannerie de Villaines. Also to discover, a temporary exhibition of Ezia lamps highlights a collection of lampshades made by artisans.

SESSÙN FRANCS-BOURGEOIS
43–45 rue des Francs-Bourgeois
75004 Paris
Designed by Cobalto Studio, this newly inaugurated Sessùn address introduces a new architectural concept showcasing numerous works marked by materiality: wooden furniture by Gabriel Escamez, a wooden totem by Eloi Schultz and a wall piece by Frédéric Imbert, in a journey dedicated to fine craftsmanship.

SESSÙN GUICHARD
6 rue Guichard
75016 Paris
Designed with Cobalto Studio, the Paris Guichard boutique reveals an organic and mineral palette. It presents the Cobalta chair, handcrafted in wood and precious stones, as well as a temporary exhibition by ceramist Guylène Galantine.

SESSÙN LEGENDRE
98 rue Legendre
75017 Paris
Set in a former stationery shop, this Sessùn address preserves its original furniture and hosts a temporary exhibition of textile paintings by multidisciplinary artist Camille Longuépée, where heritage, craftsmanship and contemporary creation come together.

SESSÙN PONT AUX CHOUX
6 rue du Pont aux Choux
75003 Paris
Sessùn’s historic Pont aux Choux boutique stages bespoke furniture designed with architect-cabinetmaker Éloi Schultz. A temporary exhibition by cabinetmaker Benjamin Fely extends this dialogue between craftsmanship, design and contemporary creation.
